A 14 Day Program that teaches you the fundamentals of The KM Pilates Method.
This program will help you get the most out of your Pilates practice by learning the Fundamentals of the Pilates Method. Over 14 days, we’ll focus on a different body part through Mat Pilates classes and educational videos.
This program will leave you feeling empowered and confident as you begin your Pilates journey. The workouts will improve your strength, cardio and endurance and leave you feeling strong and accomplished.
Classes are open to all levels.
