Heal - Posture Correcting Pilates
In this posture correcting pilates class, you will be given exercises that will help restore your posture! We live in a society where our bodies follow the same movement pattern day after day, which is not good. For example, the way your body is when you are sitting at a desk working, driving, eating or watching tv is ALL the same. In Pilates, we focus on moving the body and the spine in all different directions to improve posture. Be proud of yourself for taking this class knowing you are creating a more functional body.
